Penn State Rolls Over Delaware in Offensive Showcase

Penn State’s offense exploded in their Week 2 matchup, defeating Delaware 56-7 at Beaver Stadium. Quarterback Drew Allar had a career day, throwing for 305 yards and five touchdowns, while the Nittany Lions' rushing attack added over 250 yards on the ground. Delaware struggled to keep up with Penn State’s pace, managing only one score. Penn State’s defense was equally impressive, forcing three turnovers and limiting Delaware’s passing game. Head coach James Franklin expressed his satisfaction with the team’s execution but stressed the importance of staying focused as conference play approaches.
