For instance for instance, if one player is the following characteristics: 95 Strength, 95 Attack 99 Hitpoints, and 95 Defense and the other has 90 Strength, 92 Attack 95 Defence and 99 Hitpoints with OSRS Accounts, the second player is required to be less risky than the first one due to them having lowest levels, which gives them less chances of winning.
